Subject: Great Recording
I've been to 4 shows and have tickets to my fifth this fall, Carbon Leaf puts on a really good live performance. This is a great recording, not only showcasing their abilities, but the recording is top notch with little static.

Enjoy!!

Subject: Track 8 not unknown
Just to let downloaders know, disc 3 track 8 is not unknown. It's a cover of the Led Zepplin song Bron-Y-Aur Stomp

Other than that, it, like all the other Carbon leaf gig's I've downloaded is excellent, definitely worth the 6 hour wait.

Subject: Better late than...
I am very happy that this concert is here! I've been away from the site for awhile, and this is the best concert I attended in 2004. Dark and stormy though it was, every song brightened the skies. And I got to dance like a hippie in the rain. The version of "Raise the Roof" was very touching, and the guts in the band are in rare form. I congratulate them for sticking it out, especially since most of the crowd had never heard of them. As a dedicated Leaf fan, this show is excellent!

Subject: A Great Birthday Present
This concert is from July 10, my birthday, and I must say that it was a very welcome and surprising birthday present to hear this band. Before this concert I had never heard of Carbon Leaf, and I came away from this show, which is the most energetic, musically tight and fun show I have ever attended, hooked on them, as I know many before me have been. I waited anxiously for my friend Chris to get me a copy of the show and I was happy to upload it so that you all could hear what a fabulous concert it was. I've downloaded a few other CL shows from Archive.org and this one is of a higher quality both musically and sound-wise than the others I've heard. The band was right on that night.

Being only three days before "Indian Summer"'s release, there are quite a few songs from the latest and greatest Carbon Leaf album in this concert. "Changeless" has its second live performance at this venue. Many of the live favorites are there ("Seven Brides," "Home" [my personal favorite], "Torn to Tattered," "Big Strong Man"), but also some others I haven't heard elsewhere, for instance "Run On," the first track on the first disc.

Unfortunately, it was a dark and stormy night, as can be heard from the comments Barry and Terry make--but it made things quite fun, dancing in the rain. The crowd wasn't huge, but they were into it and everyone had a lot of fun. A fireworks show served as a short intermission, and Carbon Leaf, being the musical monsters they are, came back for another hour-long set after the first two-hour-long set. Three discs worth of music, and a performance to rival "5 Alive." I told Barry I was amazed that they could play for that long: these boys have got real chops.

Hope you all enjoy this show as much as I did and still am, thanks to that wonderous little invention of digital music.
